- Hand torching of drive sprockets worked
- Entire machine was hand torched by multiple people with acceptable results:
- Loader arms were fit in place on 3" solid CR shaft:
- 14 people participated in build
- Hose protectors installed.
Days
- Day 5. Shaft inserted, frame and motors are on. Second track is conncted. Power cube is inserted + arms. Quick attach plate is mounted. Cylinders are mounted.
- Day 4. Shafts inserted and idlers attached. Tensioner tested. Arms had to be cut and rewelded to fit motors in the first half of the day, which otherwise did not fit. Rewelding was done once it got dark. Tensioner and arm crossbar fit in.
- Day 3. Initial frame assembly including cross bar. Power cube build.
