Motors
- TSINY TRS-775W - spec sheet [1] - study spec sheet for peak vs stall power
- At max efficiency, TRS-775W has 135 mN-m torque = 0.14 N-m torque = 0.014 kg-m force.
- We want to run at max efficiency so it does not overheat
- 220W output power, 17A at 17V for max efficiency. 2.4 no load.
- 12V no load 1.4A. Take 1.4/2.4 * 17A = 10A - or 120W at 12V. Just about right.
- .75*120=90W. That is about right - for
- RSRS-550s 18v - [2]
- 150W-180W energy use (not output power)
- Jameco - 0.6 kg cm torque at max eff - $5 - [3]
- 192W draw (12v, 16A at max eff), and 130W power output
- 19.5k RPM at max eff
- Jameco - 0.6 kg cm torque 78% max eff - $3 - [4]
- 0.006 kg-m force- about 1/2 of the TRS-775W
- 13A at max eff. Up to 18V. 12V nominal. At least 156W draw. 79% efficient, so 123W out
- 16.5k RPM at max eff
