Basics

  • Often Abbreviated as AO-RTC ( "c" SHOULD be communication, but can also be used to mean Real Time Chat (same concept different name)
  • A mix of Social Media , Video Conference Software , and Text Messaging
  • All of these are blended together to allow vid conference like communication, in semi-real time (there can be LONG pauses due to it being text that can be "left" in the backround)
  • Email is, and can be, similar to a certain degree
  • Main diference is that Email is a Beta Test of Internet Communications and is thus still burdened by some vestigial structures of in person mail, and not having all the features it could have
  • One COULD modify email to do this, but this would be Redundancy Waste to a certain degree, as AO-RTC already exists
