Hello Doc Searls and the FLOSS Weekly team,

Let's talk FLOSH! Free Libre Open Source Hardware. I hope your listeners will find the idea as fascinating as everyone at Open Source Ecology does.

I'm working with Open Source Hardware to extend our outreach and attract developers. Our ultimate goal is to produce an open source library of all of the machinery necessary to start an entire civilization from scratch. We're marching steadily towards that goal by developing open source designs that can be implemented by makers, engineers, farmers, and entrepreneurs right now. We've already built our own 3D printers, tractors, brick makers, and even a small house, built for comfort, efficiency, and sustainability, as well as many other tools.

Please see our founder, Marcin Jakubowski's, presenting on the Global Village Construction Set in his TED Talk - https://www.ted.com/talks/marcin_jakubowski_open_sourced_blueprints_for_civilization

We also run STEAM camps where we teach collaborative design for technogy that matters:

Would you be interested in doing a podcast with our Founder? If you think your listeners would enjoy learning about our progress on creating distributed manufacturing and the open source economy, our founder, Marcin, would love to be a guest on your show. We are bringing Free Libre Open Source philosophy to the world of hardware and industrial capability, so if you'd like to hear more about our latest efforts, and implications for future abundance, please let us know.

Please let me know if you have any questions at all.

Hello Doc Searls and the FLOSS Weekly team,

Thanks for producing your podcast. We work on extending libre/open source to hardware, and would like to see if you'd like to have us on a future episode of your podcast.

We're working on open source blueprints for civilization. We build hundreds of life-size machines and prototypes - from 3D printers, tractors, aquaponic greenhouses, microhouses, and many others. Please see a 4 minute summary of our work by our Founder - Marcin Jakubowski, presenting on the Global Village Construction Set in his TED Talk -

We are now releasing an open source Seed Eco-Home - a 1000 sf house that you can build with a friend in one week - for $50k. We can also cover much more of the larger picture discussion on how open collaboration can lead to a better world, and why - to date - so little true collaboration exists when the enabling tools make it easy to do so.

Does having our founder on a future episode sound like something your listeners may enjoy? Just let me know, and we can move forward. Marcin is available starting 2 weeks from now.

Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
