Flexible Vinyl Flashing

  • Use Liquid nails to adhere vinyl flashing to cement board. But - must hold it down as it takes time to cure - [1]

Foam Sill Sealer

  • Sill sealer is first a capillary break, second and air break.
  • Overlap at corners - cold air and ice in corners will be prevented [2]
  • But - you also want to seal the outside, and inside of sill [3]
    • Air sealing tape inside- [4]
    • Outside is more important - use a caulk product [5]
