To [[Solve Housing]], an open source Microfactory can be embedded and run by the community. This facility has:
#Production - base for a [[Seed Eco-Home]] building operation
#Training and education - both for builders and for [[Movement Entrepreneurs]]. Includes sweat equity and [[Department of Labor Apprenticeships]]
#Machine and Heavy Equipment Library - at the end of the day it's moving dirt, land stewardship, building, planting, etc. Access to appropriate technology equipment, maintained by the community - and available at low cost - is a key aspect. High maintenance costs are addressed in this model with open source machines that meet or exceed industry standards at a fraction of acquisition, operating, and maintenance cost.
#Enterprise incubation - between chambers of commerce, foundations, and enterprise education - we brew social entrepreneurs with advancement options to movement enterprise.
#Management and finance - managing land, rentals, loans. Access to capital with proper risk management and incentive structures.
#Civic partnerships, volunteering - organizing individuals and companies to help out in affordable housing and community devlopment
#Recycling - bring your excess lumber, plastic waste, yard waste and we shred it or process itvto gravel, mulch, lumber, concrete,  and 3D printing filament.
