In The study of peak performance, energy management is a favorable way to think about time management. We can plan for time management, however if we do not have the energy we cannot execute on the time management. Therefore it is more useful to consider energy management a priori.
Let's begin with a definition of enlightenment. Enlightenment is when one can cycle through different states of mind on a regular basis, ideally, on a daily basis.

- Building things in real life or planting landscapes or changing the environment.
