• [37] trusses with Alex, Brad, Bikram, Chris. 32/37=0.9 truss per hour.
• Matthew + boys (5 hr) did 9 wall modules. 15/9.5=1.6 hr per module.

Mon Aug 25, 2025

• [33] 16' trusses and 7 24' trusses done. All 40 of the 16' finished, now finishing the 24' trusses. 46 needed of 24' long. If 47 done, and 40 today - rate is 40/4=10 per person, or 0.8 hr per truss . Let's see if 46 more tomorrow get any better - Alex, Bikram, Brad, Chris, Barry - 11.5/person needed. For 8 hours, this would be 3/4 hour per module. If 1 hour per module - only 32 done.
• Barry joined for a couple hours.
• 9 T-Walls needed for total 18
• 18 more outer walls needed (with window)
• 8 half walls needed - build 4 full, add a double in the middle - then cut in half for [8] half walls.

• Matthew, Aunnalee, Jacob - 8 hr x3 = 24 hrs/15 modules done today= 1.6. Same as Saturday? 3x instead of 1x. Jig issues - fixed.
• 27 total modules in 2 days. But there were 6 from before, so total is 33 done.

• Doing mid section. One truss nailed in upside down. One not set 2' away from supporting truss.

• Built 40 trusses, 16', and 16 trusses 24' - 56 total. Day total one per half hour + me as support - if count me . I was cutting strips and end pieces, mostly organizing tools and efficiency. With me counts as 35 minutes per truss, which is poor.
