*Cut [2] 3x7x1" pieces with bandsaw
*Weld pieces together
*Drill pieces for eye hole
*Torch out slit
*Cut piece of 1" rebar for inside of arms, reinforcement
*Insert 1" shaft through both eyes of tractor arms
*Weld eyes in place
