Basics
- A Multi-Fuel with Burner Separated Fuel Tank System Stove made by Mountain Safety Research (MSR)

Temporary Trashcan Section
Warnings etc
- Bit of Alarm Fatigue with the sheer amount of labels/warnings, sheeesh
- GRANTED liability, and any sort of fired heater/burner etc IS inherently risky etc, but yeah
- ANYWHO ones worth noting/looking into:
- ”Never use IsoPro fuel containers larger than 8 ounces (227 grams)”
- This has me thinking it doesn’t have a regulator and/or that would overwhelm the regulator?
- ”In canister fuel mode, stove should not be operated or stored at temperatures below 0f / -18c. In liquid fuel mode with the MSR Arctic Fuel Pump , stove should not be operated or stored at temperatures below -40f / -40c
- I wonder of this is liability, or of it will not function outside of the limits they mentioned
Operation Guidance
- ”Always start stove wirh fuel canister in upright position prevent a large flare up”
- Essentially if trying to do liquid feed, you use vapor feed to preheat the Vapor Generator THEN invert the canister (after 30 seconds they say)
