It is sounding like pressurized pipes or tanks above 15psi require periodic inspection from government inspectors. A 15 psi design would be optimal to avoid regulations. | |||

US Standards

There are a lot of references to this document but I can't seem to find any details of what is in here without paying $500. If anyone has access to a university library it might be there.
