==='''WHO''' are you?===
*''Resume/CV'' - B.S. Biology 2011, entering PhD program this summer to study biofuels, currently working on protein structure research

==='''WHY''' are you motivated to support/develop this work?===
*''Do you endorse open source culture?''
Yes and open source ecology.

*''Why are you interested in collaborating with us?''
Yes.

*''How do you think that the GVCS can address pressing world issues?''
Providing the information to build the core tools of an advanced civilization will allow people to set about taking care of themselves and community without being dependent on a system that pits us against each other. Natural wealth is abundant around us and could be easily magnified with a tool set could be built and maintained by small communities. A successfully established global village will inspire people the world over to focus on working with those around them to create a civilization rather than being divided.

*''What should happen so that you become more involved with the project?''
If/when OSE starts to farm and process their resources I would like to be involved in those project and maybe come to FeF.

*''What is missing in the project?''

*''What are your suggestions for improvement of the project?''
It is hard to gauge many people and their resources and knowledge that want to contribute to an open source toolset but I think it is very high. Letting people know about the amazing successes of the project and how they can help must be a top priority.

==='''WHAT''' are your skills?===

*'''List all of your skills in these areas: Communications - Organizational - Computer Support - Finances - Design - Natural Building - Electronics - Automation - Metallurgy - Engineering - Fabrication - Agriculture - Energy - Architecture - Video/Graphics/Art - PR/Marketing - Education - Construction - Industry - CNC - Chemistry - Product Design - Other'''

I am knowledgeable about chemistry and biology and can research project outlines and specific details for these types of projects.

*''How have you already contributed to the project?''
I am contributing to wiki pages and trying to help outline projects involving microorganisms. A future step for OSE is to create open source methods for harvesting resources for the GVCS including metals, bioplastics, and food. The production of all of these is aided by use of catalytic microorganisms which can perform chemistry that is inefficient, creates excessive waste, or based upon oil by other means.

===HOW can you help?===

*''How are you interested in contributing to the work of GVCS development?''
By adding ideas to the discussion and providing information if possible.

*''Can you volunteer to work with us, and if so, how many hours per week?''
Yes, I can volunteer 5-10 hrs a week of doing research. If I can help in other ways I would be interested too.

*''Are you interested in working with us for pay? If so, what services can you offer, and what is your hourly or per-project rate?''
No

*''Are you interested in a [[Dedicated Project Visit]]?
Yes but OSE seems to be focused on fabrication for the time being. When OSE moves to natural commodities I'll be there!

*''Are you interested in purchasing equipment from us to help bootstrap development?''
Not for at least five years.

*''Are you interested in bidding for consulting/design/prototyping work?''
No

*''Are you a [[True Fans|True Fan]]? If not, why not?''
Yes

*''Would you like to see yourself working with us on a full-time basis?''
I more likely see myself trying to replicate the successes.

*''Are you interested in being part of the world's first, open source, resilient community? The GVCS is the preparatory step for the OSE Village Experiment – a 2 year, immersion experiment (2013-2014) for testing whether a real, thriving, modern-day prototype community of 200 people can be built on 200 acres using local resources and open access to information? We are looking for approximately 200 people to fill a diverse array of roles, according to the Social Contract that is being developed. This may be the boldest social experiment on earth - a pioneering community whose goal is to extend the index of possibilities regarding harmonious existence of humans, ecology, and technology.''
I would be but I can't until 2017.
