Introduction
This is perhaps the most important step in the procedure - the involvement of leading 3rd party advisors, mentors, and SMEs for additional insight to extend the quality and scope of the effort.
The strategic aspect refers to:
- Inviting world leaders to get involved
- Normalizing external review and collaboration as a core component of OSE strategy
- Conversion of an autistic process into a global peer review process
- Since review can happen on any aspect of the process (social, technical, organizational, philosophical, economic, etc.) - this step has the most potential for providing mid-course correction and resources to the OSE effort
Points of Review
This step should include explicit external review of any and all development steps, and in particular:
- Design
- Fabrication procedure
- Performance analysis
- CAE review
