This is a critical step of the effort. By leveraging social capital of OSE, this step has a laser focus of:
- Attracting world-class leaders on all technical, organizational, and business issues:
- Advisors - 1 hour per month commitment with core development team members
- Mentors - 1+ hour per week involvement with core team members
- SME Flash Mobs - 1+ hour per week, in collaborative development sessions
- Engineers in Service - engineers who provide 1-4 hours per week of design and other services as in-kind tax-deductible contributions
- Creating ready access to review and development processes - especially during development sprints and tight deadlines
