Metamaps is a useful tool for mapping out the space of people for a given topic. OSE is interested in using this to document existing [[SME]]s and best practitioners, to invite them as Advisors, Working Team Members, and other collaborators.
The key to OSE's method - is the ability to access development talent by virtue of the public-interest nature of the project. This gives OSE access to contributions who may otherwise be inaccessible, even if paid.
