Introduction

Active technical contributors are people who are either on site at Factor e Farm or who are remote collaborators. See Active Remote Technical Contributors and Active Onsite Technical Contributors. One full time effective manager should be able to handle about 80x4 hr = 320 human hours of remote contribution (8 full time contributors) obtained via remote collaboration, or 18x40 hr full time onsite contributors - or (18 full time contributors). It appears that local contributors are much more productive for the time that it takes to organize a working group.
