1. Put everything in the categories listed below
2. Insert the template for the appropriate category at the top of each page. This will A) create a navigation bar and B) put the page in the mediawiki category. Templates are made by two curly brackets and an equals sign, like this: {{Category=Beekeeping}}

I'm finding it relatively easy to categorize the pages to do with different technologies, but pages about collaboration, guiding philosophies, organizational things, project management etc are more slippery. Please add pictures to as many pages as possible. It doesn't matter if they don't provide extra information; they just make the page nicer to look at.

Organizing the information on each tool

Each of the tools (listed in Category:RepLab tools and Category:Farm equipment) should have a standardized, clear, navigable set of instructions. I suggest that each tool have a main page, with links to the following sub-pages displayed in a table like this -

OVERVIEW	SPECIFICATIONS	BILL OF MATERIALS	BUILD INSTRUCTIONS	USE INSTRUCTIONS	CURRENT TASKS
	Link to list of numbers on cost, performance etc	Link to list of materials, prices and sources	Link to step-by-step videos or words and pictures	How to use it, what it can do. Software where applicable	Project status. If one of the above is missing (e.g. if there are schematics, but no step-by-step build instructions), put out a call for someone to make one

We should do this for the Liberator CEB press first.
