Not completely but more open source then others. Maybe a bit more sensitive to reflections and vegetation that can obstruct or bounce the GPS signals compared to U-blox [https://www.u-blox.com/en/product/neo-m8p-series UBlox Neo-M8P] But this can probably be avoided by controlling the bot and have the antenna higher on pole on the rover or the tractor.

I read some more about precision GPS and RTK after the Open_Source_Robotic_Tractor on Youtube Open Source GPS Tractor.

Swiftnav with Piksi Multi look nice.
Not completely but more open source then others. Maybe a bit more sensitive to reflections and vegetation that can obstruct or bounce the GPS signals compared to U-blox UBlox Neo-M8P But this can probably be avoided by controlling the bot and have the antenna higher on pole on the rover or the tractor.
