OSE's concept that one must master industrial productivity on a small scale to generate ample resources for thriving - at 2 hours of work per day. We emphasize ''material productivity'' because material productivity has a direct to nature - in that all wealth that we enjoy today comes from natural resources. Thus, there is a possibility of direct engagement in environmental stewardship in the very act of production.
