Basics

A Project Started By Hal
Abbreviated as "RLWWR" or "The Real Life WWW"
Led by the people in a Grassroots project
Essentially Miscommunication is the Core of ALL Problems
Thus if we communicate well, and network like hell, WE CAN FIX THIS
A bold, dumb, extreme, far out of reality, heathenish, ignorant, joke like, laughable, outlandish, radical, stupid, unlikely, IDEA
But as with the Space Race, short of a few apollo 1's, if you shoot for the stars you may not make it, but at least you can touch the moon

+*Be near to other existing resources such as food banks, and homeless shelters
+*Nearly empty "market" ie noone else is doing it

+**A small to full on makerspace as it grows
+**Business Incubator + Remote Development Chapter

+**e-cafe (ie internet for people without home pc's)
+**(non violent obiously) Protest/Union Hub
