Method
Enlist peak performers in all areas related to the Extreme Enterprise hackathon across housing, 3D printing, heavy machines, automation, enterprise, and marketing mix areas. Pick from reputable sources. Time frame is one weekend.
- Invite the SMEs on a conditional basis, pending crowd and desired list of other SMEs.
- Reframe to paid basis within 3 months of ground zero if conditions aren't met, by May 18.
- 75 SMEs - $2k each for a 24 hr weekend. Each day has a morning and afternoon speaker, 10 minutes. All virtual.
