I suggest something other than the Ten Commandments as an example of a moral code unless you really want to exclude atheists, Hindus and pagans (no other gods before me, no idols, etc.) and people who are willing to work on the Sabbath if something needs to be done.

Suggestions: Golden Rule, Do No Harm.
