This is a framework for how exponential technology changes the work, proposed by Peter Diamandis.
Negative Psychology Viewpoint
The 6Ds of tech disruption do not address true distribution of wealth directly - nor environmental or social justice. They rely largely on empowering the empowered. We cannot argue about the trickle down, but true distribution of wealth is questionable. OSE's paradigm involves leaving nobody behind, or a distributed paradigm. From the outside, the 6Ds promise distribution - but in their execution - they don't appear to do that.
Positive Psychology Viewpoint
As stated above - OSE's paradigm involves leaving nobody behind, or a distributed paradigm. Thus, we should consider the 6Ds in the framework of mutually assured abundance - thinking of how technology can benefit everyone. Without creating further technological divides. The solution to this is bringing out collective genius, and quitting the popular notion of radical invidividaulism that is a common practice in corporate America as in 2021.
