36x is 5 day build instead of standard 6 month build.
What does the figure look like for a development, say 40 homes?
If it takes a couple of years. OSE takes a 120 person crew to the site at efficient rate of 500 hr/house. 10 houses per 5 days, or 3 weeks for full build. In this scenario exactly, we have a 35x factor. Note that the build crew is 5x larger here.
