  2. Screw in window but not bottom flange
  3. Install drip cap
  4. Butyl tape top of drip cap and sides of window. This makes window water tight, with weep at bottom
  5. add house wrap. Top is overlapped, ok. Sides are taped? This is still questionable, as tape traps water underneath.
