We removed the inset concrete in Seed Eco-Home 4 and 5.
We removed the inset concrete in Seed Eco-Home 4 and 5 - but got in trouble with flashing the foundation insulation.


Seed Eco-Home 6 will use an inset foundation and post-pour drilled anchors. This allows us to run the foundation insulation flashing straight down from wall OSB, not a 45 degree angled design - which is harder to make and much more fussy.
