We have to decide on the type of staging that we should do:
- We initially said physical staging, but wth AI staging available should we do AI and no physical staging because we don't know how much we or the local population will benefit from physical staging? We should definitely do AI staging as that takes little effort while satisfying a global autdience
- Or should we do AI staging + halfway physical staging (only 1st floor and only a few basic pieces of furniture, keep it simple and minimal) - here's the budget for this option. This means some extra time to stage.
- Full physical staging (furniture on both floors, lamps, plants, rugs, etc). The disadvantage is cost, where we don't know if local customers will appreciate this.
