  • Alex 6hr, 10-4:30, 1/2 hr lunch - 6 hr.
  • Boyz - 5:30 hr from 10 to 6 with break
  • Suzanne - couple hours for 5 trusses with the Family School Apprenticeship

Tue Aug 5, 2025

  • MJ 3 headers 3 hours including one miscut has to be cut down second time.
  • Alex 10:30 am start - 8.5 hrs.
  • Simmonses - 10-6 with lunch - 7:30 hrs each
  • Matthew - 4 PM to 8 - 4 hrs

  • MJ 1.5 hr for truss
  • Alex - 8.5 hrs
  • Matthew - 7 hours

About 12 working people. Start 8 AM to 6:30 PM.

Fri Aug 1, 2025

  • Pour - 8hr with Porter, Sam, and Parley. Alex 8 hr. Dean 5:30 hr. Charles 6 hr.

Thu

  • Built 40 trusses, 16', and 16 trusses 24' - 56 total. Day total one per half hour + me as support - if count me . I was cutting strips and end pieces, mostly organizing tools and efficiency. With me counts as 35 minutes per truss, which is poor.
  • Alex 7 hr.
  • Boys 6.5 hr x3

Wed Jul 30, 2025

  • Porter, Sam, and Parley - 6 hr each. Did 6 headers and then some.

Tue

  • 7.5 hr x3.. Simmons boys 25 reinforces 24 ft trusses, about 5 hr, total of 7.5 hr with 17 more simple wall modules, me helping on wall.
  • Matthew 8 reinf truss 4 hr
