We are offering a 6 month Enterprise Formation track - the Extreme Enterprise route. However. Learn to build from foundation grading to rooftop PV, including . What is the difference between someone learning basic build skills to execute homes vs somebody who is already a builder? A builder will have done many of the steps, but they will likely not know all, and 100% will not be able to generate digital documentation to allow an efficient build, defined as 1 hour/sf. The person who is an existing builder - If you want 24 people, you must absorb some early risk somewhere. This becomes the Future Builder Track - ok, this gets us back to initial notions of people in training, and avoids the 'existing builder' with their prejudices and constraints (location, family, etc). So once again we seek young people.

Above does not scale initially. We need to return to Civilization Build Lab - “Most people talk about fixing civilization. We’re rebuilding parts of it — with our hands — while designing what comes next.”

Anyone can enter. Not everyone stays. The work decides.

Then 5 days - Future Fab Crash Course: inspiration like Abundance 360. 1/2 time class, 1/2 time Rapid Learning Facility: Frames, Uni Axis, Power Cubes, shafts and drive, Universal Controller, Incremental Housing Construction Set; Shafts, wheels, transmission (direct, belt, chain, 3DP planetary gears), CNC design - Universal Axis, Ball Screw, Universal Controller, 3D printer, CNC torch, CNC mill); Tractor + Implement Construction Set; Power Electronics Construction Set - Universal Power Supply (inverters, welders). Shop Skills. Char Fuel Costruction Set. Drone Construction Set - Aerial, Terrestrial. Etc.

Moeny in this phase would replace reality as the feedback signal.

Once you test out as a Production Builder, you can earn.

Testing out requres - Shows up on time, every day, Completes assigned scopes without supervision, Produces work that passes QC, Cleans up without being asked, Does not create drag or drama, Can be trusted with materials and tools, documents their work as Production Data log in RLF.

Burndown means cycle-time reduction on a fixed, repeatable scope, while maintaining quality and spec.

Do a Production MeasurementTrack - where people learn how to take QC data and measurements. Production is measured by how quickly and reliably defined scopes reach an accepted state.
