Hadden Engine
The Hadden Engine was selected because it is the only modern steam engine (poppet valve uniflow) for which castings and plans are available from Gary Hadden, Detroit, Michigan.
FeF is currently evaluating the Wally Mounster modern steam engine:
- Poppet valves
- 3D cam for full cutoff control and reverse
- Complete Intensive and Extensive Scalability
