Licensesd Mechancical Engineer, mechanical systems, fluid dynamics and thermal dynamics, experience with collective decision making and collective living, machining and welding, taking a forging class, spent the last year playing a management role within a large utility project for a pharmaceuitical company at a campus of 50 building with 5 different disciplines involved with many people at the table, experience with scheduling, experience with men's accountability and integrity and emotional literacy

2-3 hours reaching out to develop a network of people to contribute to the design/process of the project, maintaining the existing network and checking in on with people doing tasks remotely and on-site, workhorse for people to solve issues for people who work for him, check in with marcin letting people know where we are and how progress is going, feeding back into schedule, status updates, putting videos up, graphic representation of complicated ideas is emerging as something really important - people come to him for that at his current job -
