Flashy XM is a platform designed to meet these specifications:
- Provides overall GVCS development perspective including on-the-ground implementation at FeF or other locations
- Allows Planning and Review

- Gantt charts in Work Log window

- Burndown graph is created based on number of Control Panel steps completed

- Intended to be transparent by showing a tutorial right on the platform
- Facilitates Flash Mob development sessions by showing a map + list of participants, and by showing announcements of the next Flash Mob Session
