The open version of an IP Contract for Shuttleworth Fellows is available here: http://www.opencounsel.net/resources.php

  • OSE is adopting this Open IP Clause as its operating IP regime
  • On the resources page at opencounsel you can see more legal resources for download, which you are welcome to load onto open source ecology.
  • You will notice that the licence the Foundation prefers is CC By.
