The first suggestion back which I really like is to buy the book Emotional Intelligence 2.0 which is a great book on EI and there is an assessment that comes free with the book. I think this would be excellent because you can take the assessment and then learn about your strengths and weaknesses and how to lead with them from the book and have it as an always reference. | |||

The first suggestion back which I really like is to buy the book Emotional Intelligence 2.0 which is a great book on EI and there is an assessment that comes free with the book. I think this would be excellent because you can take the assessment and then learn about your strengths and weaknesses and how to lead with them from the book and have it as an always reference.
