Quality Control
For the arms to be welded correctly, there are 2 critical quality control points:
- It is possible to overlap the two flats to make two different size angles. Make sure that the weldment becomes a 4"x6" angle, not a 4.5"x5.5" angle.
- It is possible to weld 2 identical angles or 2 angles that are mirror images of one another. Make sure you make 2 mirror images, not 2 identical angles.
