Notes on scale model: (1) Tooling fit - not possible in cad. (2) Interference prior to assembly - a bolt can fit, but you can't tell if it is insertable in the first place (3) Tubing - don't know how it bend upon motion. (4) CAD program can't verify assembly order - it will allow you to assemble something without it being possible in physical reality.
