OSE shall stock basic staples on a weekly basis:
- Tea and Coffee
- Sugar, salt, pepper, spices
- Butter
- Milk - once per week delivery from King City, Teddy Pankau
- Cheese
- Eggs
- Flour
- Bread (Bread of Life Bakery)
- Peanut butter, jelly
- Cooking oil
- Vinegar
- Sour cream
- Salad dressing
- Beans, lentils, rice, popcorn
- Tomato Sauce
- Oatmeal
- Pancake mix and syrup
- Frozen vegetables: spinach, peas, broccoli, caulifower, corn
- Salad materials - lettuce, tomato, cilantro, carrots, cabbage. Salad greens should be grown on site year-round.
