Last flushes keep coming. 11 oz collected, for a total of 10 lb, 5.25 oz. Dried about 5 lb of mushrooms for later use. Is this the last of the Nov. 10 planting? So far, the first batch is lasting 10 weeks, with significant dropoff (should do a graph based on numbers below).

See Oyster Mushrooms. Started straw medium fermentation for 'pasteurizing' straw. Temp outside - 54F/34, and sunny. 60/45 tomorrow. Do I need a tight lid? Pictures - [1]
