Translations
Translation needs a timed transcription, so that translated voice falls into place. Tasks are:
- Write transcription. Started. Could use help. Just write what you hear and add a note of what you don't hear well. Thanks!
- Time the transcription. Started. (If timing is in the appropriate format, subtitles are easy-ish with http://universalsubtitles.org/ I think this tool can be used for writing the transcription itself - but we'd first need to put the video in another format, maybe youtube. Can anyone give that a try?)
- Translate into as many languages as we can. Started the template for Spanish.
- Record each translation's audio.
- Create each translated video.
- Upload each translated video.
- Link to each translated video.

I suggest you use the template for Spanish once it's done. Let's do the transcription first, then time it!
