HR Recruitment Pipeline
Most volunteers will follow the same path from initial interest to active work. Each step for each volunteer should be tracked to determine where potential volunteers are exiting the pipeline. Once suboptimal stages are identified, analysis and redesign can occur to enhance process outcomes.
