1. Put everything in the categories listed below
2. Insert the template for the appropriate category at the top of each page. This will A) create a navigation bar and B) put the page in the mediawiki category. Templates are made by two curly brackets and an equals sign, like this: {{Category=Beekeeping}}

I'm finding it relatively easy to categorize the pages to do with different technologies, but pages about collaboration, guiding philosophies, organizational things, project management etc are more slippery. Organizing materials on each tool

Each tool should have a standardized, clear, navigable set of instructions. I suggest that each tool have a main page, with links to the following sub-pages displayed in a table like this -
