- Oct 29, 2018 filing via PDF Filler (online filing) appears to have been lost, and OSE has a $2k fine for not filing. Trying to resolve.
- All phone numbers (calling 3:50 PM) are saying that "IRS Live Telephone is not Available at this Time, will Return as soon as possible."
- 1800-555-4477 on the letter is not working
