Insulation
- EPS - R=3.8/inch - [1]
- EPS - R10 from Menards - $14.05 - [2] - spans 4x8 feet, and doubled up gets you equivalent to 6" blown cellulose insulation, and at 1/2 the cost of 4" EPS (nonlinearly expensive)
- 8" Long screws for doing insulation on the outside - [3] - 250 screws for $89 or 3 for a dollar.
- International Energy Conservation Code - standard for wall insulation - zone 4-5 - 13 for external insulation - [4]
