OSE 3D printers may be offered on Amazon. For this, inventory is important.
Inventory Strategy
The OSE inventory strategy is in general to produce on-demand for cash flow management. This does not fit well with Amazon, where customers are used to instant gratification.
OSE's strategy for Amazon is to accept running out of stock, but running down and refilling on a regular basis may also work - based on available cash flow while maintaining inventory low at all times. Keep true to on-demand production as much as possible.
Note that this hurts OSE seller rank, so this would have to be compensated for by having other distribution channels. See https://fitsmallbusiness.com/amazon-inventory-management/
