- For printing 3D Printed Ball Bearings, we need bearing balls, 3D printing filament, and m6 bolts:
- Bearing_Balls - get 6-10 balls per bearing, in sizes from 6 mm for small bearings to 3/4" balls for large bearings.
- M6 bolts - get m6x18 metric bolts - these are already in the D3D Universal 2 bill of materials, and we use them throughout other projects.
- Filament - this is the source we use - 3D Printing Filament. We need PLA for normal printing, and TPU for rubber belts.
- Bearings - we also use roller skate bearings - which is also in the D3D Universal 2 BOM. See bearings [1]
