Lower school and preschool - OSE's idea for funding and operating:
Issue - access to all regardless of wealth.
Solution - as part of applied learning, people are producing and innovating, and the school does not have cost of attendance as a block to enrollment. The curriculum is applied so critical skills are learned (productivity, critical thinking, ethics, collaboration, transparency).
Eventually, public funding (taxes) may be repurposed from 'normal' schools into these points of light, once the results of effective learning become transparent.
Product sales can fund the cost of operation. Productive tasks can range from simple to complex.
