Basics
- A a system used by test pilots and flight test engineers to evaluate the handling qualities of aircraft
- It may be applicable to other systems such as Cars / Microtracs etc? (need to look into if this is currently done)
- Granted it is FAR more relevant in the air due to all the "ways things can go wrong" vs a vehicle sitting on the ground
