Basics
- Chemicals added to Monomers to prevent Spontaneous Polymerization (Bit of [{Terminology Hell]] here between that, autopolymerization, auto-polymerization, self polymerization, etc) and stabalize the Monomers for processing and storage
- Monomers are often purified via Distillation which can trigger Polymerization via the heat (along with already extant risks of Spontaneous Polymerization, which can get out of control and cause catastrophic issues
