Basics
- A Local Committee of Local People, Emergency Services , Elected Representatives, Company Representatives etc all meeting to plan for and/or do drills on potential Emergencies (Mainly Hazardous Materials )
- Essentially "If the refinery's Chlorine Storage Leaks, or a Propane Tank Leak happens
- What do the people on-site?
- Who do the people on-site call?
- What do First Responders do?
- What is the Affected Area , who lives there, and what should they do? (Shelter in Place , Evacuate , etc)
