The 2022 model of execution for OSE revolves around the Core Enterprise Module.
We develop each project with a cohort of 24 students, associated staff (site manager, construction manager, 2 teaching assistants, and workshop manager).
Each new cohort develops a new area, while being cross-subsidized by production techniques developed in the former cohort.
The initial target is 5 full time staff for 24 students, with 4 for successive cohorts: Infrastructure Areas manager, 2 teaching assistants, and Production Manager.
